On January 11, 2016, Prof. Georgopoulos made a presentation and CCL researchers performed interactive demonstrations for the members of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Science Advisory Board (SAB), showcasing progress towards developing NJrisk.
NJrisk is a computational Risk-Based Multi-Criteria Ranking System (MCRS) intended to support prioritization of Chemicals of Current and of Emerging Concern (CCEC); it employs mutiple exposure and hazard characterization and modeling tools in a Life-Cycle Analysis (LCA) framework, in conjunction with a wide range of cheminformatic, socioinformatic and bioinformatic databases.

This project is being pursued in collaboration with our partners at DuPont de Nemours & Co.

Primary support for NJrisk is provided by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection
